SPCA Swakopmund

The Swakopmund S.P.C.A. Animal Home contributes important help for abused, abandoned, and homeless pets. The S.P.C.A. was founded in 1970 and has since been managed as an independent welfare organization. It is financed purely by donations and membership fees. A large part of our financial support comes from the boarding section of the organization. In May 2013 we officially became registered as a Welfare Organisation, our number is Nr. WO438 Kindly note that under no circumstances do we offer pets for sale. The adoption fee covers medical costs incurred such as vaccination and sterilization of the pet whilst in our care. You do not pay for the pet itself. The Tierschutzverein Swakopmund (S.P.C.A.) has always provided a valuable service towards the people and pets of Swakopmund and is in need of constant and continued support to enable us to continue making a difference on behalf of our town and community.
