Our Craft distillery produces premium, handcraft spirts in small batches and create one small batch at a time. With a passion for quality and craft integrity, we take the finest ingredients and transform them into the ultimate spirits. Focusing on quality over quantity. Every part of the process is done right here at the distillery in Walvis bay from fermenting to hand bottling, proudly Namibian. Desolate Namibian Gin was launched in March 2018 with our Classic 7 Gin paving the way into the hearts of Namibians and visitors alike.

A unique triple distilled Namibian gin meticulously crafted by gentle vapour infusion of the finest hand-selected botanicals. A special selection of seven botanicals and a secret recipe form the makings of a perfectly balanced and unique distilled gin. The quintessential juniper is distinctive without being overpowering. Lemon and blueberries are complimented by a delicate balance of Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger and Black Pepper. Light and intricate, the perfect easy drinking gin straight from the desert. Copper & Coal brings you a modern classic. The Classic 7 Gin. A small batch craft gin that rings true to a handmade product, raw and unfiltered with a subtle difference between batches.

Desolate Devils Claw Oak Rested Gin

A unique triple distilled Namibian gin meticulously crafted by gentle vapour infusion of the finest hand-selected botanicals. A special selection of six botanicals and a secret recipe form the makings of a perfectly balanced and unique distilled gin. The quintessential Juniper and Namibian Devil’s Claw form the backbone of this fine gin. A special recipe of four herbs and spices compliments the rich and complex Devil’s Claw. To soften the unforgiving character of Devil’s Claw, the gin is rested to perfection in fine French Oak Casks. A small batch craft gin that rings true to a handmade product, raw and unfiltered with a subtle difference between batches. Copper & Coal brings you Oak rested Devil’s Claw Namibian Gin.

Desolate Devils Claw Crystal Clear Gin

Desolate Marula Gin

A unique pot distilled Namibian gin meticulously crafted by gentle infusion of the finest botanicals. Infused with Marula fruit hand harvested in the Outjo region of our spectacular country Namibia. In this distinct Gin we pay tribute to an iconic fruit loved by both animals and humans alike. The beautiful Marula shines with its tangy, sweet and sour flavours clearly the star. The quintessential juniper is distinctive without being overpowering, complementing the Marula, creating a perfectly balanced refreshing gin. A small batch craft gin that rings true to a handmade product, raw and unfiltered with a subtle difference between batches. Proudly made in Namibia by Namibians with Namibian Marulas.

Arid Vodka

Arid, a single grain Namibian vodka. Double distilled and full bodied, a Vodka hand cut to perfection. Each bottle filled and hand numbered in true craft spirit. Small batch distilled in a custom-built column still. Enjoy this distillers’ cut, bringing out the smoothness and purity in this true Namibian Arid Vodka.

Arid Kalahari

Arid, a triple distilled spirt gently infused with a combination of Namibian Kalahari Melon seeds, lemon peel and blue pea flowers. Each bottle filled and hand numbered in true craft fashion. The Kalahari melon seeds give the spirt its main flavour profile perfectly complemented by the lemon peel and blue pea flowers. The wonderful colour of the spirt is extracted from blue pea flowers.

Citrus and Berries Infusion Box

The Copper Craft Infusion box series comes in two alternatives, Citrus and Berries being one. The box includes 6 transparent sachets and includes Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, Juniper Berries, Cucumber and Mixed Berries. Tasting notes with mixing ideas are also included in the box.

Floral and Spice Infusion Box

The Copper Craft Infusion box series comes in two alternatives, Floral and Spice being one. The box includes 6 transparent sachets and includes Cinnamon, Juniper Berries, Star Anise, Blue Pea Flower, Hibiscus and Elderflower Syrup. Tasting notes with mixing ideas are also included in the box.
